At Showroom Finish, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy.
1. Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@showroomfinish.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Include your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
